ORPHANS INTERNATIONAL WORLDWIDE PRESENTS

Orphans International Worldwide (OIWW) presents "The First Annual Anime and Manga Fundraiser". It will be a fun filled evening for all ages. Cosplay-lovers are encouraged to showcase their talents and costumes at a Cosplay Fashion Show, while the party is brought to life by the music of Echostream.

Orphans International Worldwide (OIWW) presents "The First Annual Anime and Manga Fundraiser". It will be a fun filled evening for all ages. Cosplay-lovers are encouraged to showcase their talents and costumes at a Cosplay Fashion Show, while the party is brought to life by the music of Echostream.
Funimation, ITO EN, AnimEigo, Gaiaonline, Planet Hollywood, and Tokyo Pop have donated valuable gifts for raffle prizes and goodie bags. Partygoers will enjoy Japanese snacks and beverages. Raffle prizes include 10 free tickets ($55 each) donated by ReedExpo, to the NY Anime Fest on the following weekend.
Lisa Hammer, who does character voice-over work on the new Cartoon Network show The Venture Brothers, playing Triana Orpheus, will be our honored guest and MC. Also coming is Spike Spencer of Neon Genesis Evangelion (as Shinji Ikari), Martian Successor Nadesico (as Akito Tenkawa), and Excel Saga (as Shioji). Meet Wendee Lee, who has done voicework for many video games, and has more credits than any other English anime voice actor with 215 credits.
MORIMOTO AFTER-PARTY
The fun doesn't stop on Sunday night. It just moves across town. Exhibitors, attendees, press, and professionals are all invited to the Official New York Anime Festival After Party at Morimoto Restaurant (Located at 88 10th Avenue). Come into Morimoto from 7 to 9 PM on Sunday, September 28 and head to the downstairs bar to celebrate anime, manga, and amazing sushi with your fellow anime fans! And, in honor of Guests of Honor Hideyuki Kikuchi and Yoshitaka Amano, Morimoto will be offering a special cocktail this night only -- the blood-red
Vampire Hunter D!
